Sarah, Sarah, Sarah...

Sarah Palin... period. That is all I have to say to conjure up images from people of all walks of life. Some say she is the next President of the United States. Some say she is a curse to the Republican Party. Some say she is a blessing. Apparently even the White House joins in on the evaluation of Sarah Palin and calls her dangerous, yes dangerous enough to set up a fund raiser to earn 500 thousand to fight her. Whatever you think about Sarah Palin, you know she is here to stay. She is not going to go away any time soon so we better get used to the media seeking out Sarah.

The past few days we have sseen Sarah Palin quite a bit. Her new book "Going Rogue" did make it to the bookstore shelves and has done quite well, even rivaling Bill Clinton's first day sales of his own autobiography. she has given several interviews with the likes of Barbara Walters, Bill O'Reilly, Oprah Winfrey and others. It has amazed me that she actually seems like a viable candidate these days. Perhaps the McCain camp should have let her manage herself. She seems well versed on the issues at hand. She seems like she could be decisive (which appears to be something Barack Obama has been having trouble with) and she is fresh and has an energy that the Republican Party hasn't seen since Reagan. I believe Sarah has what it takes to give President Obama a run for his 500 grand he wants to raise to combat the danger. I would just like to sit down with her and tell her some of the things that turn off this middle Aamerican. Unfortunately I will never get to do that but just on the slight chance some future staffer runs across this blog and shows her, I'm going to share some of my thoughts.

Sarah, Sarah, Sarah....Sarah baby....don't whine. You can state the facts and please do, but then let the facts speak for themselves. I hated it when President Obama whined about Fox News and I hate it when you whine about the media or the McCain staffers and I believe most middle Americans do as well. Don't, I repeat don't call the mainstream media the lame stream media. It's beneath you, that is if you plan to be a future Presidential candidate. Let someone else do the name calling. You can rise above that. Stick to the issues. The American public knows what is going on with the media as evidenced by the massive exodus to Fox News. Don't lower yourself by calling the media or anyone else names. You are now an example for many to follow. Be as good of one as I know you can be. I would say the same to President Obama for he is an example to tens of millions of African Americans as well as other minorities....Mr. President, be a good example as well.

Sarah don't let them tell you that you are not good enough, smart enough, strong enough or not enough of anything else. Yes, an Ivy league education is good but nothing is better than successful experience. You have proven yourself in a very large important arena. A state that is responsible for a huge portion of our domestic energy output. Just keep hammering home your achievements and your well versed thoughts on the issues. get some experts on your team that really believe in you and be "open"  to being taught. Sspend time with the Bill O'Reilly's that know how to reach the public ear and pick their brains. Listen openly and study, study, study then study some more. Sarah, you don't have time to do anything else right now if you want to run for President.

Cut the slang. I really don't like it when you use words like cclobbered, you betcha, my bad, etc. YOu aare ssmart enough, you just have to show it and your vernacular hurts you. I cringe whenever you use this type of language. It makes you look like a mom on the soccer field talking politics and all though I like that you can relate to us I need to feel you are n a presidential level. I don't want to be embarrassed when you visit with dignitaries from other countries. Pleasse clean up the lingo. We wil be able to better see you in the role that you seem to be shooting for.

Change the attitude. Sarah I want to see some class. An example: Bush's White House Press Secretary, Dana Perino has it. I need you to have t. I don't wnt to feel you aare angry, bitter, resentful, or feel you believe you are being talked to in a condescending tone. I want you to rise above it and answwer the questions presented to you intelligently and with a gracious attitude. Then and only then will the American public believe you are capable. President Obama ran a campaaign like this and it served him well, granted he had a much easier time with the media than you have had but take for instance the O'Reilly interview on Fox News before the election...Barack Obama never seemed angry, frustrated, or synical. You on the other hand can seem like you have a chip on your shoulder. A president can never seem that way, not in my eyes. I need to see self control from you. If you dont react to those things that seem condesending you will come out on top every tim because you have what it takes, but only if you don't react. I need to feel that if you run for Pressident your will have a calm cool head and that you won't react too quickly or harshly to any circumstance. I want a barracuda that is wise as a serpent. You can do it.
